1. How much will my appraisal cost?
Many factors are evaluated in determining the cost of an appraisal. We will look at the scope of the work, type of report that will be required and the complexity of the report. A few other items to consider are geographic location of property and the time required to complete report. We will always give you an exact fee prior to starting your appraisal.

2. What type of properties do you appraise?
We appraise commercial real estate properties which include: retail (shopping centers, single-tenant net-leased) office, industrial, automotive, medical buildings, vacant land (retail pad, residential subdivisions) and many more.

3. What type of services do you provide?
Our primary service is to provide an accurate valuation appraisal of your commercial real estate property. We can also offer a market analysis for current or potential purchases. Let us know what your requirements are and we will work with you to get your assignment completed tailored to your specific needs.

4. What is your typical turnaround time to receive a completed appraisal assignment?
You can expect to receive a high quality, accurate appraisal report within 2-4 weeks. An exact date will be determined after receiving a signed contract.

5. In what geographical areas do you provide service?
Our primary area of service is the Denver Metro Region, but we have done reports for the entire state of Colorado, including many mountain communities. Our company has also completed appraisals in ten other states, as well. We always contact local real estate brokers to get their input on the area and get feedback concerning the property we are appraising.

6. What is your experience and expertise?
Northpoint Realty Advisors has been doing business for 15+ years in the commercial real estate area. We have completed almost 500 commercial appraisals with a value of hundreds of millions dollars.
